1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website gianniskaraolis.com and any services provided by Giannis Karaolis Exclusive Hairsalon(“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you accept these terms in full.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be requested by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our social channels. A confirmed appointment is considered a mutual agreement to attend at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted during consultation and may vary based on hair length, density, product usage and time required. Payment is due at the end of the service by cash or card.

5. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange an adjustment where reasonably possible.

6. Client Responsibility

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect your service. We reserve the right to decline services where safety cannot be assured.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website | including text, images, logos and video | is the property of Giannis Karaolis Exclusive Hairsalon and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Cypriot law, our liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paphos.
