Giannis opened Giannis Karaolis Exclusive Hairsalon in Paphos in June 2020 with a single obsession: making people look, and truly feel, beautiful. Five years and more than 11,000 haircuts later, that obsession still drives every appointment on the floor | the favourite part of his day is hearing a client's compliment back in the mirror.
Hair has been his world since childhood. That lifelong curiosity is what keeps him on international stages and competition floors, competing, winning and returning home with trophies like Hairdresser of the Year 2026 and 2025. He tests every new tool, formula and technique himself before it ever touches a guest, so the products you leave with are the ones he genuinely believes in.
Inside the salon, the standard is luxury hospitality: a considered welcome, a proper consultation, and only premium colour lines and aftercare on the shelves | the same brands you'll find in our dedicated Colour Bar. From famous football players and public figures to brides travelling in from across Europe, guests come for one reason: the finished look, and the way it makes them feel walking out of the door.
Beyond the chair, Giannis is a passionate educator | running masterclasses and mentoring a new generation of stylists across Cyprus and beyond.
